1. Our approach
We aim to follow recognised web accessibility practices and improve the site as products and content evolve. This statement describes our current approach; it is not a claim of formal third-party certification or perfect conformance.
2. Measures used
- Semantic headings, navigation regions and descriptive page titles.
- Keyboard-accessible links, buttons, menus, cookie controls and legal pages.
- A visible skip-to-content link on legal pages.
- Responsive layouts intended to work across desktop and mobile screens.
- Readable contrast, visible focus behaviour and text alternatives where content requires them.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences where animations are used.
- Plain-language explanations for legal, privacy and product status information.
3. Known limitations
Some complex diagrams, animated product representations or third-party services may not provide the same experience through every assistive technology. External email clients and third-party websites are controlled by their respective providers.
We review material issues as they are identified and prioritise corrections according to impact.
4. Accessibility feedback
If you encounter a barrier, email contact@thefarios.com with the page address, the problem experienced, device or assistive technology where relevant, and a preferred contact method. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed to explain the issue.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days.
